An Australian personal trainer has revealed the “friendly” way she co-parents her four children with her bodybuilding ex-husband.

Sophie Guidolin, 32, who is best known for creating THE BOD exercise regimen, quietly split from husband Nathan Wallace before the Covid pandemic, promising to raise their two daughters and two sons together.

But instead of an arrangement that would see one parent have the kids during the week and the other on the weekends, Sophie and Nathan opted for a ‘smooth parenting’ approach with very few rules.
