Home sweetness! Kristin Cavallari shows off her stunning $5.5 million home in Franklin, Tennessee, which she moved into shortly after April 2020 breakdown of ex-husband cutler jay. The three-story, five-bedroom farmhouse sits on 28 acres and includes a swimming pool, greenhouse and gardens as well as many fruit trees.

“I walked in and knew right away that it was my house. It was the energy more than anything, it’s like she’s calling my name,” Kristin, 35, said. Honestly, it felt like everything lined up for me.

The hills alum showed off their incredible taste for interior design, with a dining room featuring a large modern white chandelier and comfy gray chairs. The rest of her home is bathed in white and earthy neutral tones and has a great kitchen where she loves to cook healthy meals.

Kristin’s property has room to roam his three children she shares with Jay. The former couple have two sons, Camden, born in 2012, Jaxon, who arrived in 2014, and daughter Saylor, who Kristin gave birth to in 2015.

“I feel very lucky. They play outside all day. It’s almost like an old-fashioned way of raising kids,” she told the publication.

“Having bees, honey, and a chicken coop makes me so happy. Also, teaching your kids life skills like this is great. For my kids, being able to go out into our chicken coop and get eggs is a really cool growing up – and very different from how I grew up,” the Uncommon James founder explained.

Kristin was born in Denver, Colorado, but moved to suburban Chicago with her mother, Judith Eifrig, after her parents divorced. She then became the face of the Southern California lifestyle when she moved to Laguna Beach, California for her freshman year of high school when she shot to fame on the MTV reality show. Laguna Beach in 2004.

The entrepreneur’s days as a California girl are long behind her, having moved outside of Nashville in the early 2010s. can’t say enough good things about Tennessee. It’s very grounded for me and I feel so comfortable here. It’s home as far as I can see into the future.
